DOWNLOADING A VIDEO

Click Add to Cart from the Website.
Enter your credit card and personal information.
Click Complete Order.
You’ll now see the Thank You screen…”Preparing your Download.”
The name of your video will appear – click Download Now
In the lower left corner you’ll see your video file being created in real time.
Wait for the process to complete; your video will now be a .zip file.

FOR PC:
Close the purchase window, and go to your email.
You’ll see a link to your video .zip file.
Click link to download the video onto your PC, or other device.
Wait until the download process is complete (several minutes).
The file will automatically open, and individual video segments will be ready
to play.

FOR MAC:
Close the purchase window and go to your “Downloads” section.
Find the .zip file which contains the name of your video.
Click the .zip file; all segments will open, and be ready to play.
